- Obento Mirin
- Eggs
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
Method
- Add all ingredients together but eggs
- Boil the eggs for 6 mins
- Once finish boiled the eggs, put it into ice water immediately for 10 mins
- after 10 mins, peel the shell of eggs then put it into the mixture for a day
