
Ingredients
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing
- Pre made coleslaw pack
- 500g beef mince
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Hot honey
- Splash of soy sauce
- Pinch of chilli flakes or Togarashi spice mix
- 2 Pinches of sesame seeds, one as a garnish
- I stalk of spring onion
- Kewpie Mayo
- 2 eggs
Method
- Combine mince, soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and other spices with egg. Mix by hand and form into medium sized meatballs.
- Slice potatoes into bite sized pieces, and toss in oil of your choice. Sprinkle chilli flakes and sesame seeds on top.
- Place meatballs and potatoes in the airfryer at the same time, on 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- Divide slaw mix amongst plates, and drizzle kewpie dressing on top (leftover slaw can be undressed for tomorrow's lunch!)
- Check on meatballs and potatoes, and turn if required. Plate up potatoes, meatballs evenly between dishes, and garnish with a squeeze of kewpie Mayo, some spring onion and sesame . Enjoy!
