- Beef cubed
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Onions
- Stock
- Sesame seeds
- protein - Chicken
- panko crumbs

Method
- Flour + spice coat beef cubes and brown in a pan - deglaze pan with left over red wine if you have, or small amount of stock or hot water
- Add beef to slow cooker once finished along with cubed potatoes + carrots and roughly chopped onions. Add enough (chicken or beef or vegetable) stock to cover contents along with S&B curry block. Note: can cook on low using stove top pot instead of slow cooker, you'll just need to stir occasionally
- Make katsu (chicken or pork or beef or even turkey or tofu works). Coat in peices in flour+spice mix > rinse in egg mixture > coat in panko crumbs and shallow fry in pan
- Cook rice or short cut and use a microwave packet.... the rice will be mixed with the curry so its not a stand out
- Add rice, generous portion of curry mixture and chopped katsu to bowl. Top with tonkatsu sauce (+ sesame seeds and crispy onions - optional but delicious)
