
Ingredients
- Golden Curry
- 600ml salt reduced chicken stock
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 potato
Method
- Cook onion for 1 minute then add carrots and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes
- Add chicken stock and cook until vegetables are soft
- Add golden curry mix and stir for 2 minutes on medium heat
- Serve with cooked rice and crumbled chicken
