- Carrot
- Chicken
- Onions
- Potatos
- S&b Golden Japanese curry mix
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large pot on medium heat
- Add water and bring to boil reduce heat then cover the pan and simmer for approx 15 mins
- Turn the fire of break the curry mix into peices and stir until all the chunks are mixed through
- Serve on hot rice and !ENJOY!
