
Ingredients
- 450g Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Shrimp) cut into 2cm cubes
- 350g Brown Onions chopped coarsely
- 100g Carrots chopped coarsely
- 1 tbsp Canola or other cooking oil
- 540ml water
- 1 x Box S&B Golden Curry
- 150g potatoes chopped coarsely
Method
- Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender. Approx 15 min.
- Turn the heat off. Break the S&B Curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted. Then, simmer approx 5 min, stirring constantly.
- Serve over hot rice or noodles.
