- Chicken
- Potato
- Carrot
- Onion
- Rice
Method
- Cook chicken and veg with oil for 3-5 mins
- Add 500ml water and bring to boil, then simmer for 10-15 mins
- Remove from heat and add curry paste, stirring constantly
- Simmer for 3 mins and serve with rice.
