
Ingredients
- Japanese Golden curry paste
- Potato
- Carrot
- Onion
- Rice
Method
- Cook chicken and veg for 5 mins with oil
- Add 500 ml water and bring to the boil
- Simmer for 10-15 mins. Then turn off heat and add curry paste, stirring constantly.
- Simmer for 5 mins and serve with rice
