
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 potato
- Onion
- Garlic
- Jasmin rice
- 2 eggs
- Golden curry 2 cubes
- Butter
Method
- Cook rice first.
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until golden brown.
- Then add diced potato and carrot and saute for around 2 minutes.
- Add hot water and and cook for around another 10 minutes until potato and carrot are cooked.
- Next add 2 cubes of Golden Curry and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- While the curry is cooking, need to prepare the omelette. Wisk 2 eggs with some salt and pepper.
- Heat up a pan add little bit of butter. Once butter is melted add wisked eggs.
- Keep stiring for about one minute to cook the egg.
- Get a bowl and add cooked rice.
- Then add the omelette on top of rice.
- Add the curry to the side of the bowl.
- Now it is ready to enjoy.
