
Ingredients
- S&B Japanese Curry Mix - Hot, 2 cube
- Potatoes - 6, cut into cubes
- Chicken breast - 200g, sliced
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Water - 1.5 cups
Method
- Heat the oil.
- Stir in minced garlic
- Stir in sliced chicken breast until just done
- Pour in the water and boil
- Put in the cubed potatoes and braise for 15-18 minutes
