- Carrots
- Vegetable stock

Method
- Cook onion and olive oil in pot until golden
- Add potato’s and carrots cook for 5 minutes cook beef in pan
- Add stock to pot and cook for 15min Or until soft
- Add beef and S&B curry cubes Stir until mixed
- Serve with rice
