
Ingredients
- S&B Japanese curry
- Vegetable stock
- Potato’s
- Carrots
- Rice
- Olive oil
- Onion
Method
- Cool onion and olive oil in a pot until golden
- Add chopped potato’s and carrots then add 450ml of vegetables stock
- Cook for 15min or until soft
- Add Japanese curry cubes and stir well
- Serve with rice
