
Ingredients
- Potato
- Carrot
- Jasmine rice
- Water
- Golden curry mix
- Crumbed chicken fillets
Method
- Boil salted water
- Add chopped potatoes and carrot and boil until almost soft
- Add golden curry mix , stir untill dissolved then simmer untill potatoes and carrots are cooked through
- Fan bake chicken untill golden brown
- Heat rice in microwave
- Slice chicken and add all cooked ingredients to bowl and serve with ginger
