Ingredients
- 800g beef
- 3 x potatoes
- 2 x carrots
- golden curry mix
- rice
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1 x onion
- water
Method
- Dice meat, carrot and potato to similar size
- fine chop garlic and onion
- stir fry beef, garlic and onion in a large pot
- add potatoes and carrot when onion is starting to brown. also add water but just enough to submerge the ingredients.
- boil ingredients till potatoes are soft and cooked
- add whole packet of S&b golden curry and stir to desolve.
- turn off heat and serve/plate the curry with rice. enjoy
