
Ingredients
- Box of S&B Golden curry, Japanese curry mix
- 2x Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1x Onion sliced
- 1x Carrot peeled and cubed
- 2cups Rice
- Chicken schnitzel
- Flour
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Place vegetables in a pot and add enough water to cover the vegetables, bring to a boil, Once water is boiling at a box of Golden Curry, the Japanese curry mix reduce heat and simmer for 15min
- While Curry is cooking, cook rice as per packet instructions.
- Coat chicken schnitzel in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs
- Add oil to a frying pan and fry chicken schnitzel on medium heat for 2-3min per side or until cooked through
- Plate and enjoy
