
Ingredients
- Black rice
- S&B Golden Curry
- Water 540ml
- Carrots
- Beans
- Pumpkin
- Mushroom
- Eggplant
- Zucchini
- Potato
- Capsicum
Method
- Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice in a rice cooker along with 3 cups of water.
- Cut all vegetables to preferred size for consumption.
- Add all vegetables along with 540ml of water and the curry pack into a pressure cooker. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve rice and cooked curry mix together.
