
Ingredients
- Chicken 450g
- S&b Golden curry mix 1 box
- Potato 150g
- Onion 350g
- Carrot 100g
- Garlic
- Water 540ml
Method
- Stir-fry chicken and vegetables with oil in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes
- Add water and bring to a boil reduce heat cover for 15 minutes
- Turn the heat off break s&b golden curry into pieces and add them to the skillet.
- Serve hot on rice
