- Onions
- Garlic
- Diced beef
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Celery
- Olive oil
- Mixed herbs
- Rice
- Water
Method
- Dice vegetables and beef
- Place 2 cups of rice and water into rice cooker and cook rice.
- Add oil, crushed garlic, finely chopped onions and diced beef to skillet.
- Cool until onion’s have browned and meet is cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and herbs.
- Add 540 ml water. Bring to boil and simmer for 15min.
- Turn off heat. Break S&B Golden Curry Sauce mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce is completely melted. Simmer for 5 min. Stirring constantly.
- Serve hot with rice.
