
Ingredients
- Golden curry mix
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 2 carrots
- 500g chicken breast
Method
- Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in large skillet on medium heat for 5 mins
- Add 540ml of water and simmer until tender for approx 15mins
- Turn heat down, stir in Golden curry mix constantly until dissolved. Summer approx 5mins.
- Serve with rice.
