
Ingredients
- 750g of Chicken (thigh part) cut into bite size pieces
- 3 pcs Carrots
- 3 pcs potatoes
- 1 Onion
- Golden Curry ( Japanese Curry Mix)
- Ginger
- 1/2 tsp of Pepper
Method
- Chop onion, carrots, potatoes
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute onion, ginger and chicken. Season it with a bit of pepper.
- Add the carrots and potatoes.
- Put 5 cups of water
- Add the japanese curry mix and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
