
Ingredients
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix mild
- Crumbed chicken
- Long grain rice
- Baked vegetables - butternut pumpkin, zucchini
Method
- Cube pumpkin and place in oven at 180d fan forced. Cook until soft.
- Boil rice for about 15 minutes (rice cooker)
- Slice zucchini to add to oven tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Prepare curry sauce in pot on stove - boil water and add 4 curry squares, constantly stir until thickened.
- Serve up chicken, sauce and vegetables over rice.
