
Ingredients
- S&B Japanese Golden Curry
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Onion
- Chicken Schnitzel
- Shallots to garnish
- Water
Method
- Chicken Schnitzel cooked in oven at 220c for 35 mins
- Cook rice (absorption method) I cup rice1.5 cups water
- Dice potato, carrots and onions.
- Fry vegetables in sesame oil for 5 mins.
- Add 550ml water, bring to boil, then simmer for 15 mins.
- Add S&B Japanese Golden Curry, stirring until dissolved. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve schnitzel, rice, pouring S&B Japanese Curry mix over. Garnish with shallots.
