
Ingredients
- Chicken breast, cubed
- Carrot, peeled and cut in to thick circles
- Potato, peeled and cubed in to 1 inch cubes
- S&B Golden curry japanese curry mix
- Steamed rice, to serve
Method
- Boil carrot & potato in 600mls of water for 9 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken in a frying pan until cooked through
- Once the vegetables have finished boiling (do not drain the veg!) add the packet of golden curry to the boiled vegetables and stir gently until it is melted and mixed through
- Add the chicken to the curry mix
- Serve with rice
