
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 Potato's, diced
- 2 Celery, sliced
- Golden Curry
- 1 tablespoon, Tomato sauce
- 600ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/2 Ginger, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
Method
- Cut onions, ginger, garlic carrot, potato, celery and chicken
- Put oil into pan, cook onions, garlic and ginger until soft
- Add chicken, cook until brown
- Add carrot, celery, potato's. Add cumin, coriander and soy sauce
- Add 600ml of hot water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add 6 curry blocks and stir when softened.
- Simmer for another 15 minutes, serve with steamed rice.
