
Ingredients
- Chicken Tight
- White Radish
- Japanese Golden Curry
- Red Onion
Method
- Dice the chicken into small pieces
- Dice half red onion into small pieces
- Peel the white radish and wash and cut into small chunks.
- Add oil into the cooking pot and add onions. Then stir fry chicken.
- Add the white radish into the pot and stir lightly.
- Add water to cover the meat and the radish. Bring to boil. Turn down the heat and keep simmering for 15 minutes.
- Finally, add the Japanese curry into the pot and stir. Reduce heat. Serve on the steamed rice.
