
Ingredients
- 1 x S&B Japanese Curry Mix
- 150g Potatoes
- 100g Carrots
- 350g Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 540ml Water
- Rice as desired
Method
- Chop up ingredients as desired
- Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender
- Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted
- Serve over hot rice
