
Ingredients
- Obento Sushi Seasoning
- Sushi rice
- Inari Sushi pouches
- Soy sauce and wasabi for serving
Method
- Cook the sushi rice in your rice cooker
- measure 3 tbsp of seasoning per cup of cooked rice. Add sushi seasoning to the warm rice, mix with a wooden spoon and let it cool.
- Carefully open the inari pouches.
- Wet you hand and form a rice ball that fits into the inari pouch.
- Carefully place a rice ball into an inari pouch, fold the sides in on each other and place face down on a serving dish.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi if you are game :)
