- Sushi Rice
- Avocado
- Capsicum
- Cucumber
- Red Onion
- Fresh Sashimi Grade Fish
- Nori for Sushi
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Soy Sauce
- Wasabi
- Whatever else your family likes
- Sushi Seasoning Vinegar
Method
- Prepare Sushi rice as per package instructions. Make sure you wash it well first.
- While rice is cooking slice up your raw vegetables and avocado long and slender. Place on a large platter with the sashimi fish.
- When rice is tender and cooked add Sushi Seasoning and mix gently with a fork. Spread onto a plate and fan to cool.
- Cut your Nori sheets in half and let everyone build their own handrolls. Don’t be tempted to overfill! Roll and dip in soy and wasabi. Quick, fresh, healthy and pleases everyone.
