
Ingredients
- Yaki nori
- Sushi rice
- Tuna
- Avocado
- Spring onion
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Cucumber
Method
- Boil 2 cups of rice
- Fluff and season rice with mirin seasoning
- Mixed tuna with kewpie mayonnaise, added salt and pepper and spring onion.
- Slice Avocado and spring onion
- Laid out the Yaki nori on top of pandaroo roller, adding a thin layer of rice on top
- The tuna, avocado and cucumber added on top of rice in the middle of the Yaki nori on top of the rice.
- Roll the pandaroo over forming a tube of Yaki nori with all ingredients in the middle
- Put tubes on plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into slices of your choice.
- The enjoy with your choice of sauces e,g soy sauce, sweet chilli, chilli mayo as well as wasabi
