- Once all the prep is done. Start the cooking process by getting a large pan to a medium to high heat with the own choice of oil.Start with the meat by cooking until the meat is crispy. Then once down put into a container to the sideThen start with the onion, garlic and mushrooms until the onion is a translucent as well as the mushroom is soft and cooked as well as aromatic, once done cooking put the onion and garlic with meat for ease of clean up and ease of mixingThen cook the eggs to a scramble add a little of oil to ease with scrambling process once cooked place it in a container with the rest of the ingredients once doneYou will then start with either boiling or steaming off the vegetables when steaming just had a little bit of water level with vegetables and cook at a medium to low heat. Similarly to boiling the veggies once they are a firm but soft texture they can be placed with the rest of the ingredients in the same container.Once all the ingredients are cooked it time to start with the rice and firstly you will start with rice in the pan on a medium heat not to hot your trying to ensure the rice won't burn Then you will add all the condiments such as garlic and onion powder, then your vinegar, soy sauce for colour and well flavour a dash of salt and pepper. Once all mixed in with the rice you'll add the rest of the ingredients and mix evenly.Once mixed and hot. Ready to serve.
- Once all your cooking is done Lay out your plates or bowls and serve the fried rice into the bowls. Or for fun Find yourself a small bowl and fill the rice to a firm fit and flip it the rice into the larger bowl so that the rice holds it shape.Once in the bowl top it with your hot sauce and Mayo and sprinkles chives and sesame seeds onto itIf not putting on the toppings serve it hot and ready to eat.
