
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast strips
- ABC sweet soy sauce
- Yeo’s pure sesame oil
- 2 carrots sliced
- Fried shallots
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 brown onion, chopped
- Spring onion, chopped 1/2 cup
- Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic 2 tsp
- 1 packet of hokkien or soft egg noodles
Method
- Add chicken to a mixing bowl and combine 1 tbsp ABC sweet soy sauce & garlic
- Heat a standard sized wok to medium heat with a little oil, once hot add the chicken
- Once chicken has browned add chopped onion
- Slice the carrots and cut the broccoli & cauliflower into pieces and add to wok
- Once the vegetables have softened add the noodles, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey & a few drops of Yeo’s sesame oil and combine together
- Let cook stirring occasionally until the sauces thicken (roughly 10 minutes)
- Serve in a bowl and add chopped spring onion & dried shallots to garnish
