
Ingredients
- 1 kg Honey soy chicken
- 2 x packets of Ramen noodles
- 1 stem Spring onion to garnish
- 250 g Spinach
- 1 packet Aka Miso Soup
- Add chicken broth to a bowl of ramen and add large amount of spring onions to garnish, enjoy!
Method
- Slow boil 1 kg honey soy chicken drumsticks in 1L of boiling water for 60 mins on medium heat
- Once boiling, add spinach
- Once spinach wilts, add the 1 sachet of miso soup
- Allow chicken broth to slow boil for another 60 mins while ramen noodles are cooked according to instructions on packet
