
Ingredients
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Fresh chilli or chill flakes
- Hakubaku Udon noodles
- Chicken breast
Method
- Prepare your chicken by cutting it into small chucks
- Heat frying pan or wok to high heat and cook chicken. Whilst doing that boil water in a pot and cook udon noodles following the instructions
- Once chicken is cooked add garlic and chilli and cook for 30 seconds, Turn down heat and add soy sauce and honey and stir to combine.
- Either add noodles to pan and mix through or assemble separately
