
Ingredients
- Light Soy Sauce - 1/2 Cup
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Kecap Manis - 1/4 cup
- Shaoxing -Chinese Cooking Wine - 1 tblsp
- Minced Ginger - 1 tsp
Method
- Place Chicken wings in a baking dish
- To the chicken wings, pour over all the ingredients and mix through until all the wings are coated. Let sit to marinate for around 15 minutes for best results.
- Roast the wings at 180C (fan forced oven) for approximately 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and marinade is slightly caramelised. The chicken wings will need to be turned a couple of times during cooking. When eating, the chicken should easily come off the bone. Delicious served with rice and broccolini. Enjoy!
