
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber pickled
- 1 egg scrambled with sesame oil
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1/2 a cup of short grain rice
- 3 table spoons Obento Sushi vinegar seasoning
- 100 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 table spoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 table spoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 carrot
- Table spoon of Honey
- 50ml of ABC Kecap manis sweet sauce
Method
- Boil rice in water for 14 minutes. Once this is cooked drain rice and season with Obento Sushi vinegar seasoning
- Cover chicken thigh in honey and Kecap manis sweet sauce.
- Sear chicken in a hot pan then put in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Thinly cut up veggies and peel carrots into ribbons.
- Combine egg and sesame oil then make a thin pancake in a hot pan with the mixture. Once cooked tightly role up egg pancake and slice this into noodles.
- Place all thinly cut vegetables around rice in the middle of a bowl. Then place chicken on top with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and delicious Kewpie mayonnaise.
