Ingredients
- Beef strips
- Onion
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Honey
- Chinese cooking wine
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Rice
- Water
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients, everything besides beef, onion, garlic
- Fry onion and garlic on high heat until slightly soft
- Add beef strips and fry until almost cooked
- Remove beef and onion from pan and add sauce mixture
- Turn heat to medium and reduce sauce to syrup
- Add beef and onion back to pan and coat in sauce
- Serve with rice, spring onions and veggies
