
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- 20g light soy sauce
- 15g rice wine vinegar
- 5g salt
- 65g gojuchang
- 70g honey
- 30g minced garlic
- 10g ginger
Method
- Pat wings dry and space them out evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- Add all other ingredients into a saucepan and heat until thickened.
- Toss cooked chicken wings in the sauce and serve. (Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.)
