
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sun Rice sushi rice (Koshihikari)
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 tbs Obento sushi seasoning
- 0.5 avocado
- 2x 95g tin tuna in olive oil
- 3 sheets Obento Taki nori
- Soy sauce, to serve
Method
- Cook and season rice according to packet instructions. Fan to cool before preparing the sushi rolls.
- Lay yaki nori on a bamboo mat. Top with 1/3 rice.
- Add 1/3 tuna and avocado to the middle and roll up with the bamboo mat.
- Slice roll into 4 pieces. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with soy sauce.
