
Ingredients
- 10 sheets Yaki nori
- 500 grams sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 500 grams sushimi grade salmon
- 1 avocado
- Kewpie mayonnaise as desired
- Soy sauce for serving
Method
- Cook sushi rice. Add mixture of rice wine vinegar and sugar to cooked rice. Let rice cool completely.
- Lay one Yaki nori sheet on bamboo mat and spread a 10cm layer of rice.
- Top with salmon, avocado and Kewpie mayonnaise.
- Roll tightly and cut into pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce.
