- Zucchini
- Katsu
- Water

Method
- Chop veggies
- Add veggies to pot and fry 5min
- Add 1/2 litre of water and bring to the boil, turn heat down and simmer for 15 mins until veggies are tender
- Stir in katsu curry
- Serve over cooked rice
