
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 4 Button Mushrooms
- 1 Golden Potato
- 400g of Beef
- 1/2 a cup of frozen Corn & Peas
- Rice
- Sesame Oil
- Salt
- Seaweed paper
- Cucumber
- 1/2 a small can of tuna
- 1/4 of red capsicum
- Golden Japanese curry (bought from store)
Method
- Cut your veggies and beef into small bite sized pieces (not frozen corn & peas)
- Fry the meat ,add water to boil
- Add your chopped veggies except capsicum and frozen corn & peas, cook for 30 mins
- Get your seaweed paper and spread the rice onto the seaweed.Make sure to season your rice with a teaspoon of sesame oil and a small sprinkle of salt
- Then add your cucumber or tuna
- Roll it up and cut it into smaller rolls
- Break your curry into pieces and add it to the pot with veggies and meat and Cook for another 5 mins
- When 5 mins is up add the frozen corn and peas along with the capsicum
- Then cook for another 5 mins
- Once it is done plate the curry and rice with a side of sushi and serve
