
Ingredients
- Halloumi
- White rice
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Onion
- Peas
- Kewpi siracha mayo
Method
- Cook halloumi in pan until golden
- Add vegetables and cook until slightly soft.
- Add rice and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
- Add in your sauce ( mine was siracha mayo )
- Plate and top with sauce and whatever toppings you desire.
