
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cooking Sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250ml dashi
- 500g frozen beef slices
- 250g rocket or spinach
- Rice
- 1 Onion
- 3 eggs
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker
- Combine all sauce ingredients
- Slice onions
- Cut frozen beef into 2cm chunks
- Heat up wok on medium high and put in sauce, beef and onion. Put lid on and cook until beef is brown
- Skim fat off beef and drop in rocket/spinach. Simmer for 3 minutes
- Turn off heat. Whisk eggs and pour in wok. Cover with lid for 30 seconds
- Serve on rice. Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds and chilli if desired
