
Ingredients
- Pork shank 600g
- Valcom Authentic Thai Green curry paste
- 200g Brown onion
- 225g Valcom Bamboo shoot
- 300g Green beens
- 1ea Red Chili
- 4ea Lime leaves
- 400ml Valcom Coconut cream
- 2Tbs cooking oil
- 200g Jasmin rice
- 2Tbs Fish sauce
Method
- Cook the rice. Wash, peel, slice vegetables and pork shank
- Heat up the pan with oil. Add Green curry paste and gently stir fry it to make aroma.
- Add pork and stir fry it with fish sauce for 5mins
- Add green beans and onions and stir fry it for 3mins
- Pour coconut cream and boil it. When it starts boiling, add bamboo shoot and simmer it for 10mins
- Add sliced chili and lime leaves and turn of the heat. Leave the curry for 5mins while preparing cooked rice.
- Taste the curry and season more if required. Put rice in a bowl and pour the curry aside generously. Serve it.
