
Ingredients
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix - mild
- Tin of baby potatoes
- 3 small carrots
- Pack of chicken schnitzels
- Packet of microwave rice
Method
- Start by stir frying carrots in a little olive oil
- Add a ton of baby potatoes and cook through a little
- Add 500 ml of water
- Slowly add in the curry mix, ensuring that you stir to blend sauce well
- Put the schnitzels into air fryer and cook for required time
- Heat packet rice in microwave
- Serve delicious golden curry in a bowl with rice and add schnitzels on top
- Enjoy this fabulous, fast and delicious dinner!
