
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 500g
- Potatoes. 2 of small to medium.
- Onion. 1 of medium size.
Method
- Cut a couple of small to medium potatoes, one onion, and 500g chicken in small cubes.
- Stir fry meat and vegetables in a big pot with vegetable oil about 5min.
- Add about 540ml water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all the ingredients are cooked. About 15min.
- Turn the heat off and break golden curry into the pot. Mix it well until it melts.
- Serve with rice.
