
Ingredients
- Organic Beef mince 250g
- eschalots x 3
- Rice - as per packet directions per person (2)
- Oil - 1 tablespoons
- Chinese broccoli - 1.5 cups
- Toasted sesame seeds - sprinkle to your hearts desire
- Spring onions- 1 for garnish
- Golden curry medium hot - 2 pieces or more for hot hot hot.
- 3/4 cup of water
Method
- Add oil to hot pan and add diced eschalots. Sweat down eschalots to tender.
- Add beef mince and brown off.
- Add chopped Chinese broccoli along With water.
- Add two pieces of Golden curry Medium hot or more if your love a bit of fire in your soul.
- Serve w steam rice.
- Add Garnishes of chopped spring onion and a bit of toasted sesame sprinkle flare.
- Enjoy!
