
Ingredients
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Pepper
- Capsicum
- Potato
- Carrots
- 1kg goat meat
- Soy sauce
- beef cubes
- 1liter water
- Tomato
Method
- Marinate 1kg goat overnight with soy sauce salt onion, garlic ,ginger and tomato ,and pepper
- Boil the goat for 2hrs in wok or half hour in pressure cooker with 500mls water ,salt, pepper, beef cubes onion garlic.
- Once the goat meat is soft and tender removed the water and set goat meat aside
- On a saucepan, fry 1 mince onion when it turns to colorless add , chop garlic and once garlic turns to golden brown add ginger . Let it simmer
- and then on a saucepan add the soft and tender goat meat and the golden curry japanesr curry with 200mls of water. Seasoned with salt and pepper and let it simmer again
- Add potato and carrots once its simmet
- Once the potato and carrots are soft add the capsicum
- Let it simmer again for a while and ready to served..
