
Ingredients
- Cauliflower, cut into florets
- Carrots, cut into strips
- Green beans, chopped
- Beef strips 500g
- Garlic
- Obenko Rice Wine Vinegar
- Rice noodles
- Soy sauce
Method
- Heat pan and stir fry beef strips in 2 batches. Set aside in a bowl and cover to keep warm
- Boil cauliflower and carrot. When nearly done, add green beans for one minute.
- While that is boiling, prepare rice noodles according to the directions on the packet. Drain when done and stir in a tablespoon of soy sauce to deepen flavour.
- Add a tablespoon of oil and two cloves of crushed garlic to a hot pan. Cook for one minute. Add two tablespoons of rice wine vinegar to the garlic and stir for two minutes.
- Return meat to the pan and stir. Add veggies to the pan . Serve in bowls over the rice noodles. Delicious!
