- Salmon fillets
- Brown Rice
- Cucumber
- Spinach
- Grated Carrot
- Green beans
- Spring onion
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds - black & white
- Edamame beans
- Kewpie Seasame Soy Dressing
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
Method
- Cook salmon Fillets for 8-10mins @ 200degrees Celsius Cool, break into chunks
- Cook brown Rice in boiling water -25-30 mins. Drain
- Cook green beans and edamame beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes- refresh under cold running water
- Grate carrot and finely slice spring onion. Cut avocado into chunks. Cut cucumber in half and slice diagonally.
- Place a few spoonfuls of rice in a bowl with a a handful of spinach. Top with salmon, beans, cucumber, avocado, carrot, spring onion and sesame seeds
- Top with your favourite Kewpie Dressing - soy and sesame or roasted sesame or both! Enjoy
